Win a PURE at the Iran Paragliding Cup

Our Iranian importer, Massoud Rahimi, is very generously providing a free AirDesign PURE as a prize in the Iranian Paragliding Cup. The competition series starts with two events in Iran at Chenar and in Rokh; the final round is going to take place in Erzincan, Turkey, combined with the Russian Open. Details here and here.
The competition entry fee for all pilots flying AirDesign gliders will be paid for by Mr Rahimi, who offers them the chance to win a new PURE as well as a 50% and 30% discount on a PURE if they rank 2 nd or 3 rd overall at the end of the series.

RISE XL certified LTF/EN B

We are pleased that the RISE XL is now certified for a weight range of 120kg - 145kg.
First gliders will be available in June 2012.
This successful test completes the full range of sizes for RISE from 60kg - 145kg. Pilots are already giving great feedback on the handling and performance of the RISE. Contact your local distributor to arrange a test flight.

After a year of development, testing and trimming we are very excited to launch VOLT, our new LFT/EN-C glider.
VOLT is the fusion of competition technology with Sports Class safety. A high performance Sports Class wing with the characteristic PURE handling and the immediate feeling of comfort and stability which is becoming a trademark of AirDesign gliders.
VOLT is aimed at recreational, cross-country and competition pilots who want ease of handling with top-end performance in the Sports Class.
VOLT is not a ‘high-end’ LFT/EN C glider. It’s simply a perfectly placed Sports Class glider suitable for improving pilots moving up into the LFT/EN C class as well as those who may be unsure about the latest LFT/EN D gliders.
VOLT will be available in 4 sizes with a weight range from 70kg – 120kg.
Size M will be available from mid May 2012 with the other sizes following during the summer.

Congratulations to our Mexican PURE pilots!

In the recent Efrén Taboada Ramírez 2012 Open held in Tuxpan-Iguala, Mexico the PURE took top spot on the podium in both the Open and Women's category.
Marko Hrgetic won the event and our Mexican Importer, Patricia Garcia flew brilliantly to finish in 4th overall just a few weeks after taking delivery of the PURE, her first EN-D glider.
Paty told us "my flying has been good because of the good wing I have"
