Introduce yourself in a few words…
I started paragliding with some friends back in summer ’18, and I’ve been flying there and around ever since! I try to fly cautiously, listen to other pilots, and spend as much time as possible in the mountains.
How do you practice paragliding?
I mostly do hike-and-fly, soaking in every moment shared with friends on the way up. I absolutely love cross-country flying—especially when I’ve earned the takeoff by hiking there first! I’m always eager to learn from others and happy to share the little bits I’ve picked up along the way. Whether it’s a sunrise run with my RONIN or a final glide under my Hero after a full day of flying, for me, it’s all about fun, joy, and adventure!
and AirDesign in all this?
After nearly two years flying my first EN-A and even achieving my first 100km on it, I started thinking about upgrading to an EN-B. Around that time, I watched the Soar’s movie, featuring friends soaring the North face of La Dent de Crolles—one of my favorite summits!—before bivouacking there. Inspired, I gave it a try, fell in love, and when the Volt 4 came out two years later, I switched to it and immediately felt at home.
Now, two years later, I’m flying my Hero and have even joined the team! I absolutely love their spirit and the incredible wings they craft—it’s such a joy to be part of this adventure.
I’ve never soared La Dent de Crolles in a north wind myself… but maybe someday in good company?!
